To remove the top menu find css codes nav-wrapper and you can delete all

Hi I am using this theme and everything was working fine. I made few modification on the theme and noticed that Top menu was not working. I tried to fix it by setting the show page option as top tabs, but it keeps reverting to side links. Can you please help me fix this problem?
